Yes and/or maybe. Food allergies/sensitivities are very complicated and baking without them is even tricker. I can promise that I will always be transparent with my ingredients and I will always at least try to make a particular product without one of these other allergens. Egg is probably the hardest one for me to bake without. Please message me anything specific you need and I'll do my best to make it for you.

No. At this time I operate under Cottage Food Laws of Nebraska from my home kitchen. I have the ability to share a commercial kitchen part time so as to legally sell into retail stores and offer catering. In the future, who knows?!
This is both an easy and a hard answer. Yes, I do make custom cakes. However, as a disclaimer, I am not a cake artist. I cannot and will not try to recreate someone else's cake as a gluten free/dairy free cake. I can and will promise you a nice looking cake, as close to a theme as I can get it. And I promise you, it will taste amazing!
